Walt Fulton’s latest Street Strategies article is available now in the April 2019 issue of Motorcycle Consumer News.  Riding in the rain, without question, raises the risk for motorcyclists. While our motorcycles can generally handle rain without significant issues, other drivers become a serious hazard.

In metro regions like SoCal, where it doesn’t rain much, drivers are especially problematic.  Though generally fine during dry weather, drivers don’t usually alter their driving style when it rains.  This makes riding especially perilous since one doesn’t often factor in out of control spin-outs and loss of vehicle control while traveling down the highway.

Enjoy Walt’s article and develop safer tactics for surviving during inclimate weather.
